Kendra Butts, 18, and Amber Martin, 20, both of Wasilla, hid their faces from photographers as Superior Court Judge Beverly Cutler accepted their pleas.
Both women face seven counts of robbery, one of attempted robbery and eight of assault.
Their boyfriends, Aaron Tolen, 24, and Michael S. Wilson, 24, also entered not guilty pleas to one count each of hindering prosecution and weapons misconduct.
Alaska state troopers arrested Tolen and Wilson at a Talkeetna bar and restaurant shortly after the holdup at 5:15 p.m. Oct. 31. The children told troopers two women got out of a truck on Main Street, pointed a revolver at them, fired a shot in the air, threatened them with death and drove off with their trick-or-treat haul and a $500 iPhone one child was carrying inside a candy sack, according to troopers.
Wilson and Tolen showed up at the restaurant in the truck the children identified as the one involved in the robbery, according to troopers. Wilson later told troopers the girlfriends told him about the robbery, which sparked an argument that sent Wilson and Tolen to town, according to troopers.
Troopers announced last week that the robbery investigation led them to $100,000 worth of items stored near Montana Creek Road that were stolen during a string of recent Talkeetna-area burglaries. Among the items was a plastic pumpkin filled with candy and bearing one of the children's names, according to troopers.
Nobody has been charged with the burglaries.
Cutler let stand the bail set for the four defendants: Butts in lieu of $75,000; Martin, $50,000; Tolen, $10,000; and Wilson, $25,000. Each will need to obtain a court-approved third-party custodian before being released.
