The attorney representing accused thief Joshua Wade withdrew today from the case.
The reasons that Mary Geddes, a federal public defender, withdrew were not made public. The proceedings in which the matter was discussed were not open to the public.
Wade is accused of using murder victim Mindy Schloss' bank card to withdraw money after she went missing. He also faces drug and weapons charges.
