Fritz Vockert a US Coast Guard Fire Fighter, from Kodiak, holds a stretch cord with his feet for fellow competitor Jennifer Albrecht as she pumps up back stage at the 2005 NPC Alaska State Muscle & Fitness Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships at West High School. Albrecht finished in 2nd place in Women's Figure 5' 4" & Over and 2nd in Novice Women. Vockert finished in 2nd place in the Light Weight Men division.
