Donley topped Suzanne Wheatall by 18 seconds and Jordan was 34 seconds ahead of Daniel Folmar as a rainy week gave way to occasional sunshine on the course.
Many riders took the opportunity to test the course, which will be used for the bike portion of the Alaska State Triathlon championship next weekend.
