East 2, Chugiak 2, OT
Chugiak sophomore Sam Linder scored on the power play late in the third period to forge a tie in Wednesday's Cook Inlet Conference game at Ben Boeke Arena.
East took the lead when Cameron Carter scored with 3:19 left in the first period.
Chugiak's Sean Casey tied it 1-1 in the third period before East's Jacob Chambers answered with a goal about two minutes later.
But Linder's unassisted goal with 2:20 remaining forced overtime and the eventual tie, which gave Chugiak sole possession of first place.
