A front-page story Feb. 26 misspelled the names of crewmen Clint Parker and Kevin Fisher, who were onboard the fishing vessel Icy Mist when it ran aground on Akutan Island.
A front-page story Feb. 26 about women rescuing dogs in village Alaska incorrectly suggested that Suzette LaPine-Rosecrans of Galena sent some of her saved dogs to shelters that might eventually euthanize them. LaPine-Rosecrans only places her dogs with rescue groups that do not euthanize.
