Jurors in the Christopher Erin Rogers trial went home Tuesday without reaching a verdict and will continue to deliberate today. Rogers is charged with murder, attempted murder, assault, robbery, and eluding police, for a shooting rampage through Anchorage that left one man dead and two other people injured in December 2007. Rogers has already been convicted of killing his father and attempting to kill his father's fiance in Palmer.
The jury spent most of Tuesday afternoon listening to three hours of Rogers' testimony at trial. They left at 4:30 p.m. The trial began just over six weeks ago.
