Video game store also hosts tournaments
Play N Trade Video Games, a new business, recently opened at 601 E. Dimond Blvd., No. 4, between Bed Bath & Beyond and Terra Bella. The shop has eight game stations, so customers can try games before buying. The business also offers disc and console repair and hosts tournaments. Fundraising opportunities also are available. Name change reflects company's new focus
The advertising and public relations firm formerly know as Marketing Solutions Inc. recently unveiled a new company logo and name, MSI Communications. Laurie Fagnani, founder and president, said, "Our services changed so dramatically from the traditional marketing mix to include campaign strategy, issue management, Web development and social media, that we needed to reinvent our identity."
The firm retained the acronym for the original name, Marketing Solutions Incorporated ("MSI"), but the letters more closely represent the firm's core services and capabilities: marketing, strategy and interactive. The company's new web site is www.MSIalaska.com.
