While running errands the other day, I was in a mood where getting in and out of a restaurant quickly was more of a priority than what was on the menu. I popped into a Qdoba, the Mexican-themed chain with restaurants across town. The menu is burrito-heavy, with several of the selection featuring meats and veggies grilled in-house.
I opted for the poblano pesto burrito, a mix of grilled chicken, beans (black or whole pinto), green poblano sauce, salsa (pico de gallo, roasted corn, verde, roja and habanero) and optional shredded cheese and sour cream. The rapid line-assembly got me back out the door with dinner in minutes. It might not have been the best burrito I've ever had, but it was one of the quickest.
