Enstar - Ouch!
Am I the only one, or did anyone else feel outrage when the latest EnStar gas company bill arrived in the mail? They have a monopoly, as in the only game in town, and are gouging the customers; I was told "due to a really cold winter"......Where is the Regulatory Commission? Hold on, because I'm sure more "rate increases" are coming; too bad our paychecks don't increase to keep up with them. There's a great word for it...Usury...look it up.

Ms Patkotak's article of 17 June was excellent. She hit the nail squarely on the head. Had the Palins chosen to ignore Letterman's comment and rise above it ... the comment would have passed into obscurity save for a few snickers. Thank you for a very good piece of writing.
