BRISTOL BAY -- Alaska State Troopers have identified the Togiak man who drowned in the Bristol Bay area Monday morning as Stephen Luhrs.

Luhrs, 51, was in a skiff with his two teenage daughters when he went overboard while pulling in a net, according to authorities.

The accident happened in Togiak Bay about 9 a.m.

Luhrs was not wearing a life jacket.
