Jeffrey Vincent was headed north with two passengers at about 12:40 a.m. when the Chevy Cavalier he was driving crossed the center line near Mile 19, colliding with a 1999 Plymouth Voyager, according to troopers.
Vincent died at the scene.
One of his passengers, 19-year-old Cala Lott of Kenai, was taken to Central Peninsula Hospital, along with the driver of the Voyager: 53-year-old Tracy Atkins of Nikiski.
Vincent's other passenger, a 16-year-old identified by troopers only as "T.G.," was taken to Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage.
Everyone involved was wearing a seat belt. Troopers are still investigating the accident.
