Governor names 3 to state board seats
Gov. Sean Parnell recently made the following appointments to business-related state boards: • Board of Agriculture and Conservation -- Chris Flickinger appointed and Anthony Nakazawa reappointed. Flickinger is a cattle farmer from Kodiak. Nakazawa of Eagle River is an economics professor with the University of Alaska Cooperative Extension Service.
• Board of Forestry -- Eric Nichols of Ketchikan, a founding partner of Alcan Forest Products and owner of Evergreen Timber.
