KODIAK -- A $76 million bond issue to finance expansion and renovation of Kodiak High School is passing.
But a $13 million bond issue to renovate school and borough buildings is failing.
KMXT-FM reports voters Tuesday re-elected Carolyn Floyd to an eighth term as Kodiak city mayor. And voters are narrowly defeating an initiative that would allow city workers to consider unionization.
