The Planning Group of Anchorage has been named the top financial adviser team in Alaska and one of the top 50 nationwide. Barron's Magazine recognizes the best 1,000 financial advisers across the country each year. Based on Barron's rankings, Research Magazine took a closer look at the top firms in each state for its September 2009 issue, and the Planning Group of Anchorage stood out as the best in Alaska.
The ranking reflects advisers' quality of service, revenue generated for the firms, and assets. The Planning Group of Anchorage is a financial advisory group within Wells Fargo. The team's total assets are worth about $875 million.
