Aaron McInnis and Jack Cronin scored third-period goals to carry Service to a 6-4 victory over East. Service led 1-0 after the first period and scored twice in the opening 40 seconds of the second period.
But East reeled off four straight goals to tie things up 4-4 going into the third period. McInnis struck in the first minute for the game winner, and Cronin added some insurance with his goal midway through the period. Lynx in title tilt The Dimond Lynx hockey team twice rallied from a one-goal deficit Friday to pick up its second decisive win at the Curtis C. Menard Memorial tournament in Wasilla. The Lynx scored four consecutive second-period goals to beat Wasilla 8-3. They'll meet North Pole, a 10-2 winner over Kenai, in tonight's championship game at the Menard Center. In consolation-round action, Palmer scored a pair of short-handed goals in a 5-1 win over Houston, and Bartlett bounced back from a bruising loss Thursday to nip Colony 3-2.
