WILLOW -- Flooding of Willow Creek had some residents near Willow driving through 6 inches of slush to get to their homes on Tuesday, the Mat-Su Borough said.

Deneki Drive, off Willow Fishhook Road, was covered with slushy, icy water from the nearby creek. Deneki Drive leads to about four homes, the borough said.

Tuesday afternoon the borough was working to clear the slush.

There were no known reports of damage to any of the homes, the borough said.
