In the girls' championship race, South sophomore Emma Minge posted the top time among Alaskans, finishing 33rd overall in 19:24. The South girls finished 10th out of 24 teams.
The Northwest Regional included teams from Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Hawaii.
