I find it interesting to read Elise Patkotak's letters, she freely criticizes all the usual's Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, call's me a agree' er with aforementioned, wood thrower for the blaze. She however never mentions Chris Mathews, Rachel Maddow, Keith Olberman, and the rest of the water carriers for her party the Democrats she evidently thinks are the good guys including this paper that I canceled many years ago for their ridicules left leaning.

The teachers union has showed true union thinking. The city has a shortfall of 17 million and the school districk (sic) has a shortfall of 13 million but yet they want more pay. Not carring (sic) where the money comes from. It is one of the reasons that the U.S. has sent most of the jobs overseas.

My wife was recently involved in a car accident. A minos fender-bender. She called the police to do a report. Waited for two hours and no police showed up. Funny thing three police patrols cruised through the scene and they did not stop although there was a car on the ditch. Two of the patrols went to the Burger King drive through twenty feet away from the accident. Do we pay police officers over time so they can get fast food and ignore their duty of "SERVE AND PROTECT" It is hard time for every body. In every company we are suppossed to do the same work with less people. Police should al least do their job.
