Links: KTNA, KTUU Minor inconveniences -- undelivered supplies, nonworking technology -- didn't dim high spirits this week at the new Susitna Valley Junior/Senior High School near Talkeetna. The old school burned down in 2007, and after two years in portables, staff and students are thrilled to finally be in the new building. "It's actually kind of like being in a foreign country. ... The [old] school wasn't a paradise like this feels like," said Genna Moses, the senior class president. "I'm sure that this will become the heart of the community," Principal Rob Picou said.
