1993 -- Wade, 13, moves to Alaska from Washington to be raised by his father, according to father Greg "Bubba" Wade.
1993-1998 -- Wade spends much of his teenage years in juvenile jail, at the McLaughlin Youth Center, on drug-related charges, according to his father.
January 2000 -- Wade, now an adult, charged with multiple counts of robbery, burglary and misconduct with a weapon. Wade pleaded no contest to a weapons charge and was released from jail in June.
September 2000 -- Della Brown found dead in a Spenard shack. Wade, 20 years old, is charged with murder.
2003 -- Jury finds Wade not guilty of murder but he gets a 6.5-year sentence for an evidence tampering conviction.
December 2006 -- Wade released from prison.
June 27, 2007 -- Wade completes parole.
Aug. 4, 2007 -- Mindy Schloss disappears. September 2007 -- Wade arrested and indicted for bank fraud and identity theft for allegedly using Schloss' ATM card. Days later, Schloss' body found in Wasilla.
April 2008 -- Federal prosecutors charge Wade with Schloss' death.
Feb. 17, 2010 -- Wade expected to plead guilty in state court of murdering Schloss and admit to murdering Brown in 2000. He is expected also to plead guilty in federal court to carjacking resulting in the death of Schloss. His combined sentences are expected to keep him in prison for life.
