Reasons for running: I am running for office because Im tired of feeling as if I am a slave to a federal government which is supposed to be beholden to me as a citizen of the United States of America. I hope/wish to bring sovereignty back to Alaskans by reducing if not illuminating the amount of federal dollars our city and state takes. Doing so would reduce our dependency on the federal government and allow us to make issues more localized. Therefore we can customize standards and policies to meet Alaskas unique needs and not rely upon the federal government to decide for us.
