A Fairbanks man accused of killing another man in a bar parking lot north of Fairbanks has turned himself in, Alaska State Troopers say.
Sean Jeffers, 24, was wanted for the Tuesday night shooting of North Pole resident Bryan Richardson, 20, at Ivory Jack's bar and grill, according to the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner. Jeffers surrendered to Alaska State Troopers at about 9:30 p.m. Friday in Fairbanks, where he was taken into custody and booked into jail, troopers say. Jeffers is charged with first-degree murder, with his bail set at $150,000, according to troopers.
