FAIRBANKS -- A grand jury has indicted a Fairbanks woman accused of using a business account to steal more than $6,000 worth of goods from a local Sam's Club and Walmart.
Police said 26-year-old Lena Daigle used the account to buy a big screen television as well as multiple Xbox 360s and other gaming consoles. Authorities believe Daigle used a debit card that belonged to a former employer. Fairbanks police Detective Scott Adams said Daigle had not worked for the company for about two years, but the company never took her name off the account. Daigle faces felony charges of theft and fraudulent use of an access device.
