Both Zack Naylor and John Hall scored twice as the Wolverines eased to victory on Monday at Alaska Football Stadium. Former junior varsity goalie Johnny Burgess got his first start for South and held West scoreless in the first half. Mike Naylor, Zach's brother, had two assists.
Service 2, Chugiak 0 Senior Eli Holowatch's unassisted first-half goal proved to be the difference maker for the Cougars on the road at Chugiak. Junior Codi Woodcock added a rebound score off of senior Logan Kelly's missed shot in the second half and senior Andrew Hayes preserved his shutout on a tough save with 10 minutes to go.
