An Anchorage judge has once again denied bail for Lori Phillips, who is jailed on charges from a crash in November on the Seward Highway that killed a man and critically injured his girlfriend. KTUU-TV reports Judge Phillip Volland said Wednesday there's almost no way to ensure she won't drive drunk.
