A 5-month-old, 50 pound brown bear was flown from King Cove to Anchorage Monday night. The bear was rescued after one of its two siblings was killed by a male bear and its mother disappeared. The Alaska Zoo will keep the bear until it's determined where it'll go in the Lower 48.
