Candidates will respond to questions on topics the members of Commonwealth North have identified as priorities, including long-range fiscal planning, energy stability and dramatic increases in the cost of health care for customers, the health care industry and Alaska's budget. A Q&A session will begin at 1 p.m.
KSKA 91.1 Public Radio said it will record the debate and air it from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. Tuesday is primary election day statewide.
