JUNEAU -- The Wednesday memorial service for slain Hoonah police officers Matthew Tokuoka and Anthony Wallace will be shown statewide.
The service will be recorded in Hoonah, and then broadcast on the statewide television public affairs channel 360 North at 8 p.m. Wednesday. Law enforcement officers from across the United States and Canada are expected to attend.
The two man were shot and killed as they chatted on a Hoonah street late last Saturday night. John Marvin Jr. was arrested after a prolonged standoff with authorities. He's been charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
