PALMER -- Alaska State Troopers are investigating the Thursday-morning shooting death of a 39-year-old Palmer man.
Jason Donlon was found dead from multiple gunshots at about 7:15 a.m. after troopers received a report of a domestic dispute involving a gun in the Palmer area.
Troopers say they are meeting with all parties involved and have not yet charged anyone with the killing.
Alaska court records reveal Donlon was charged in 2006 with two counts of violating a domestic violence protective order and that he and his wife at the time, Lisa Michele Donlon, 37, were going through divorce and child-custody proceedings.
It is not known whether Lisa Donlon was involved in the shooting.
There was no other information immediately available on the case.
