A memorial ceremony was held on Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2010, for Pfc. William Dawson and Pfc. Jaysine Petree, both of the 109th Transportation Company, 17th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 3rd Maneuver Enhancement Brigade from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, who were killed while traveling between Bagram Airfield and Ghazni, Afghanistan last month.
