JUNEAU -- A spokesman says Joe Miller plans to provide "all of the information" requested of him by his former employer.
The Fairbanks North Star Borough has said Miller's inbox was emptied when he resigned as a government attorney last year. It has asked for "any e-mails or any other documents he has" related to borough business.
Miller spokesman Randy DeSoto says Miller printed e-mails material to his casework for borough files. However, he says Miller is going through old client e-mails files and intends to provide the borough with all the information it requested.
He repeated that when asked whether Miller has e-mails that haven't been printed out and whether there was a timeline for responding to the borough.
