The Maroudas family of Pizza Olympia continues their tradition of baking Greek Christmas bread for friends and family Thursday December 9, 2010 in Spenard. Family members have spent most of December baking 100 or more loaves per day to produce 3000 tasty gifts for the season. Dimitrios Maroudas, who died in May 2004, baked the loaves for many years and the family has continued the tradition in his memory.
