Updated: Network apologizes for comedian's crude remark about Palin

Update: Morgan on Sunday doubled down on last week's off-color remark about Palin, using a non-PC web-chat abbreviation to describe her in an interview at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.


The TNT network today apologized for "30 Rock" actor Tracy Morgan's crude on-air remark about Sarah Palin during an NBA pregame show Thursday night. Morgan's comment was prompted by the co-hosts Kenny Smith and Charles Barkley debating whether Morgan's "30 Rock" co-star Tina Fey -- a renowned Palin impersonator -- or Palin is more attractive.
