Anchorage, Eagle River and Chugiak area residents can expect an increase of noise from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson's firing ranges from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday-Wednesday.
The Army's 3rd Battalion, 509th Infantry Regiment (Airborne) will be firing 60 mm, 81 mm and 120 mm mortars during these times.
