Troopers received a report of an injured rider just after noon. Troopers sent Helo 3 to collect the rider, while the Seward Volunteer Ambulance Corps and the Bear Creek Volunteer Fire Department went to the Primrose Campground trail head.

The helicopter brought Cisco Reyes, 26, of Anchorage, to the medics, who then took him to Seward Providence Medical Center. His injuries were not life threatening, but he couldn't get out on his own, troopers said.
