AROUND THE HORN
-- Trey Martin had two hits, including a double, and an RBI to lead the AIA Fire to a 4-2 victory over the hometown Anchorage Bucs on Sunday afternoon at Mulcahy Stadium.
Mark Schoch doubled and scored a pair of runs to back the eight strikeout performance by Charlie Gillies (2-0) for the Fire. Ben Heller pitched a scoreless ninth inning for AIA to pick up his second save.
The Bucs got a solo home run from Davis Morgan and four scoreless innings of relief from Austin Boyle and Brian McIlhenny.
