Andy Workman won the legends feature automobile race Saturday at North Star Speedway while Keith Jones claimed the feature race in the thunderstocks division.

Workman took second in the first heat but outraced runner-up Mike Braddock.

Jones nearly swept all three thunderstock races in beating second-heat winner Jim Langland in the final.

Jeff Landrum and Tonya Klayum won the two heats in the baby grand division.

This coming Saturday, it's a sprint car invasion at North Star Speedway in the Mat-Su valley with winged sprint cars the feature attraction. Racing begins at 5:30 p.m.
