Polynesian Flag Day Celebration

The Tonga Kihe Loto group helped celebrate Polynesian Cultural Flag Day on Saturday, July 2, 2011 on the Anchorage Park Strip. Saturdays event is the 6th annual event marking the day the US Navy raised the American Flag for the first time on Tutuila Island in American Samoa.
