HUGGS project set to distribute coats

Organizers of the Helping Us Give School Supplies (HUGSS) and Coats for Kids project are ready to serve 5,500 kids from low-income families at the 11th annual distribution event to be held Monday and Tuesday at Clark Middle School, 150 Bragaw St. The distribution of coats and school supplies will be based on ZIP codes. Families in the following zip codes can visit the school between 9 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. or 4-7 p.m. Monday: 99501, 99507, 99517, 99567, 99577 and 99587. Distributions on Tuesday (same hours) will be for those in the following zip codes: 99502, 99503, 99504, 99505, 99506, 99509, 99515, 99516 and 99518.
