The Peninsula Clarion reports that hunters will be restricted to bulls that have antler spreads of at least 50 inches or antlers that have four or more brow tines on one side.

Fish and Game biologist Thomas McDonough says the rules are aimed at reversing a recent dramatic decline in the bull-to-cow ratio in many parts of the Kenai Peninsula.
