The city of Angoon, which has interests in the Ruth Lake and Scenery Lake hydroelectric project sites on the mainland, said it doesn't want its projects to be in either borough.
Angoon Mayor Albert Howard said he'd prefer the sites to remain unincorporated, but the city hasn't decided yet what to do if it has to chose between Juneau and Petersburg.
