DENALI NATIONAL PARK -- The only road through Denali National Park and Preserve is now open to the Savage River campground at Mile 13, weather permitting.
Park spokeswoman Kris Fister says crews working on a culvert replacement project have finished for the season.
Fister says the Denali Park Road will close at park headquarters at Mile 3 when snow falls again.
The road is closed past the Savage River campground because of snowy and icy conditions.
