SOLDOTNA -- Another power outage is being reported on the Kenai Peninsula.
KSRM reports more than 3,000 Soldotna area homes were plunged into the dark during the morning commute Thursday.
Two private schools canceled classes, and Kenai Peninsula College started late. But public schools were open.
High winds last month caused several outages throughout the borough. KSRM says high winds also were reported Thursday.
