The lawsuit seeks an injunction preventing Remington Lodging and Hospitality from such practices and to resume negotiations with the union representing about 160 employees.
Unite Here Local 878 spokesman Matthew Fennell said if the injunction is granted, the company would have to reduce housekeepers' workloads, resume the union medical plan and again participate in the pension plan. The labor dispute has been going on for more than two years.
A message left with the Dallas-based Remington wasn't immediately returned after office hours there Wednesday.
U.S. District Judge Timothy Burgess will hold an evidentiary hearing on Dec. 29.
