PALMER -- An official with the Matanuska-Susitna Borough is leaving for a job in her home state of Oklahoma.
The borough says in a release that assistant borough manager Elizabeth Gray tendered her resignation this week.
She is becoming the city administrator in Altus, Okla.
Gray put in three years with the borough. Included in that time was a stint as acting borough manager until John Moosey was hired last year.
The borough will start the process in January to replace Gray.
