The Kodiak Daily Mirror reported that Charise Olsen faces six months in jail and a $5,000 fine under a plea deal completed with prosecutors last month.

Supervisors at the Safeway pharmacy where Olsen worked noticed in April an inventory discrepancy of almost 300 hydrocodone pills.

Olsen told police she had shorted the inventory when a shipment arrived in 2010 and a second time in April. She told police she gave the pills to two people. The missing pills were valued at $15,000 to $18,000.

Prosecutors said a search warrant of Olsen's bank records found "more than can be accounted for."

Olsen was arrested in May.
