ILIAMNA -- Alaska State Troopers say a 21-year-old Iliamna man is being treated after accidentally shooting himself.

Troopers say they were notified early Monday about the accident involving Benjamin Bromiley.

According to troopers, Bromiley was cleaning a gun when he shot a round that struck his hand and leg.

Trooper Joseph Minnick says Bromiley's injuries are considered non-life-threatening.
