Chef Rand Rosecrans led the high school culinary students in their restaurant endeavors on [a recent] Friday, helping make pizzas throughout the day so they could be sold throughout the weekend. Rosecrans, the school's culinary arts instructor and food services manager, said they have pizza weekends about every other week. ...
The students also learn about ordering the food and supplies, including the cardboard.
"They're seeing that everything that comes out here, you have to pay for it," Rosecrans said.
