Animal care manager Phil Morgan says possible charges including failure to provide humane animal care are pending against the owner.
The animals were seized from the Knik River Road home Monday by Morgan, three animal care officers and two Alaska State Troopers.
Morgan says a second fish was found dead. He says the dogs appeared to have ear mites and other parasites.
The crab and surviving fish have been permanently placed in an Anchorage home. The dogs are at the animal shelter in Palmer.
